4-H Proficiency Program

The Butte County 4-H Proficiency Program assists youth to measure themselves against “standards of excellence” in a project area. Each Project Proficiency meets the objectives for the project and project cluster as described in the California Incentives and Recognition Handbook. The program does not replace Record Books.
